CalfOtel (part of VDK Products) is now looking for a Sales Manager China to promote CalfOtel's products and brands in China. The key job responsibilities are finding, selecting and supervising several regional agents to sell CalfOtel products. More specifically to commit five exclusive regional agents to you in different regions of China.

VDK Products is an internationally operating company and the market leader in Western Europe for calf housing with its CalfOTel brand. The company is characterized by high-quality products and is known for its continuous innovations in this field. VDK Products has been working on optimizing calf housing as well as the storage and transport of animal waste and carcasses for almost 40 years. The company now exports to more than 40 countries.

We will offer a flexible and good salary based on capabilities (base salary plus performance commission).

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Your first objective is to find and team up with 5 exclusive regional distributors in different regions of China;
  • Prepare and execute sales plans with the distributors;
  • Organize monthly progress meetings with the distributors;
  • Visit the farms to support the distributors with their sales;
  • Monthly progress reports to be discussed with headquarter in the Netherlands;

Who are you?

  • Familiar with the Chinese dairy industry or setting up a dealer network (preferably familiar with the European dairy industry);
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude and experience;
  • Proficient in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
  • Strong focus on getting things done, assertive and always looking for solutions;
  • Self starter who can manage him/herself
  • You’re able to travel to the ranches often for business;
  • It would be extra interesting for us when you have experience with Dutch animal products and are familiar with the Netherlands.
