Production Employee - The Bar Factory

Your Challenge

As a Production Employee at The Bar Factory, you contribute to the production of high-quality nutrition bars. You play a key role in the process from raw materials to the finished product. Thanks to your work, we help our customers and consumers benefit daily from premium, functional food products.

What will you do?

Weighing, measuring, and preparing ingredients.

Operating, setting up, and adjusting production machines (mixers, bar lines, cutting machines).

Monitoring product quality and recording production results.

Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Performing cleaning and hygiene tasks according to HACCP guidelines.

Following safety and production specifications. Handling physical tasks, including lifting heavy packages.

Profile?

You have experience in production or the food industry.

Reliable, proactive, and motivated.

A team player with flexibility.

Works accurately and with attention to quality.

Physically fit for lifting and manual tasks.

Affinity for food products and production processes.

Salary: €2,505 – €2,590 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
