Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, analyzing and coordinating the sales strategy activities and the organizational integration thereof. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the organization and lead national sales team members to achieve sales targets. Lead the team to develop detailed account plans for the organizations existing large accounts and prospective new large accounts. Establish productive and professional relationships with executive and key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Perform market and customer research in order to identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Liaise with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and to develop account-based marketing plans using business media tools like LinkedIn.
