In the semiconductor industry, one of our primary challenges is ensuring a consistent supply of electronics and mechatronics, given the ongoing shortages. As part of your role, you will play a pivotal role in lifecycle management. You will collaborate with top electronic and mechatronic manufacturing suppliers to revolutionize our supply chain and meet the growing demand for electronics and mechatronics respectively. Working alongside your colleagues in mechanics and electronics/mechatronics, you will collectively chart a roadmap for Quality, Logistics, Technology, and Cost improvements, aimed at elevating supply chain management to a professional standard.

• Leading the transition to larger integrated modules with the System Integration team to boost production efficiency by reducing assembly and testing time
• Fostering supplier partnerships for critical components and modules, working with internal teams to set specifications and cost reduction plans.
• Consistently assessing supplier performance for quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation in close collaboration with strategic suppliers and internal teams.
• Aligning supply chain logistics with engineering's release needs, recommending cost-effective components that might lead to design changes.
• Balancing and managing the risks inherent to our strategic supply chain as a result of increasing dependencies, for which you will leverage our growing buying potential.
