For the HQ departments that are assigned to you, you will act as the HR center of expertise and of HR services. You will execute operational and strategic HR activities AND a wide range of HR admin tasks while providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to line managers.
The position requires a good understanding of working in a global SME, a Small Medium Enterprise. The focus is on doing, on making things happen. It requires a hands-on mindset, as well as the ability to act from a strategic, both corporate and more longer term perspective.
In summary: as our new HR Business Partner you will be taking care of a wide range of operational and strategic HR duties as well as all required HR admin tasks. You will be implementing, supervising, maintaining and overseeing that HR targets, strategies and processes, also at our local HQ level, are compliant with the global, corporate wide HR policies. You have significant experience in working within an all-round HR role, preferably in an international setting;
