Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the international sales growth and profitability within Europe and its portfolio of customers and prospects.
- You initiate and realize new business relations in various market segments and maintain and expand business with existing customers.
- You propose and implement sales and expansion plans in line with HYGENIQ’s strategy.
- You have an active sales role during trade shows and events, and follow market and competitor’s activities.
- You work closely together with other Account Managers, Marketing, R&D and Production departments at our head office in Enschede, the Netherlands.

We are looking for
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in commercial related fields.
- Few years of successful sales experience in similar sustainable ‘cradle to cradle’ products, preferably related to the cleaning & hygiene sector.
- Willingness to travel within Europe, in particular to the DACH countries, France and UK.
- An entrepreneur with the hands-on mentality and strong commercial skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A strong communicator, self-starter, flexible, convincing and proactive thinker.
OUR PRODUCTS
It is our mission to develop and produce excellent cleaning and maintenance products on an authentic sustainable basis, in a market where many hazardous and environmentally harmful chemicals are still being used. We use the combination of bio-based (green) components and innovative technologies to develop our breakthrough solutions. Groundbreaking,because it is effective, innovative and quickly biodegradable. And our products are friendly to everything except dirt. There are no CLP pictograms (danger signs) needed on the packaging and no personal protective equipment is required.
We have a full range of products we supply to, for example; wholesalers, hospitals, cleaning companies, end customers and countless companies in the hospitality industry.

This year HYGENIQ has been chosen as the winner of the label: “Chosen product of the year 2020” in the cleaning products category. A consumer panel of 250 households has extensively tested the HYGENIQ cleaning products at home, and it became clear that HYGENIQ products are highly innovative, effective and durable. In addition, they were also assessed on packaging and labels.
