Do you want to play a crucial role in driving growth, increasing sales and strengthening our digital marketing strategie? Hendrix Genetics is looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team!

Purpose of the job

The use of digital technology and media to promote our business and our products and services. With extensive knowledge about how search engines, social media, websites, and online ads can generate leads, increase physical and online traffic for a business, build brand awareness, and improve sales in close collaboration with the marketing & communication team. Use social media advertising, creativity, and data analysis to form an effective digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilties

Collaborate with all marketing staff and business units to ensure the websites and campaigns align with brand strategy and meets the go to market strategies.
Data analysis to investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies
E-mail and social media marketing
Ensure website functionality and usability
Publish digital marketing content online
Use of digital tools like BrightEdge, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Turtl, Templafy, Trello, DeepL, Squeezely
Monitor the budget and manage the vendors

Profile

Master degree in Marketing

3 - 5 years Digital Marketing experience an international company is an asset

Preferably working experience within an international company/environment

Knowledge of or affinity with the agricultural sector is an advantage

Excellent general communication skills

Fluency in English
