Do you want to play a crucial role in driving growth, increasing sales and strengthening our brand? Hendrix Genetics is looking for an energetic Branding & Marketing Communication Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team!

Purpose of the job

Support the organization and the company- and product brands with marketing and communication initiatives to increase sales, foster growth and improve our brand awareness and brand image. The Branding & Marketing Communications Specialist will initiate and execute a variety of marketing communication activities. This position is part of the global Marketing department. You will work at the Netherlands headquarters, located in Boxmeer. There is also a possibility to do part of the job remotely.

Responsibilties

Develop and execute marketing plans together with the business units.
Support the use of effective marketing and promotional channels, including digital.
Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Act as custodian of the brands and brand standards, managing any updates or refreshes.
Developing brand strategies and campaigns for company brands and individual product brands.
Close collaboration with BU Marketing & Sales.

Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field of study

3-10 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing & Branding position

Preferably working experience within an international company/environment

Knowledge of or affinity with the agricultural sector is an advantage

Excellent general communication skills

Fluency in English
