Known worldwide for our innovative Purofort products, Dunlop has advanced manufacturing facilities in Leiria (Portugal), Havre de Grace (USA), and Raalte (Netherlands), where our headquarters is based.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Havre de Grace, MD. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient inventory management and logistical order processing while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Overview

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:

Optimize inventory positions to meet Dunlop’s and its customers’ needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for logistical matters.
Execute and support order processing, inventory management, and operational workflows.

Essential Functions

Logistical Communication

Act as the primary contact for Sales Offices and external warehouses.

Manage email and phone communication regarding delivery schedules, production timelines, and inventory status.

Keep Sales Offices informed about any changes or updates.

Order Processing

Oversee the entire order flow, including reviewing, confirming, and monitoring delivery times and shipment statuses.

Address bottlenecks in the flow of goods and resolve issues proactively.

Archive relevant documents, manage order invoicing, and prepare packages for shipment, including customs documentation.

Inventory Management

Coordinate inventory orders from Dunlop’s production locations and suppliers.

Monitor and adjust internal and external order flows as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus a 7% bonus opportunity.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
