We are currently looking for a strategic and commercially-driven Business Development Director to spearhead growth initiatives across global markets.
Position Overview
This role is key in driving data-led insights to support financial decision-making and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with strong analytics skills to guide revenue and margin performance. As part of the US Management Team, they will support finance and leadership with strategic, data-driven direction.
Essential Functions
Market & Data Analysis: Identify growth opportunities using market intelligence and performance data.
Business Insights: Translate financial and operational data into actionable strategy.
Strategic Planning: Align business development initiatives with long-term corporate goals.
Financial Insight: Translate financial performance into concrete actions, backed by business cases.
Stakeholder Alignment: Build relationships with key partners and internal teams to support growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge Finance, Product, and Operations to drive data-informed decisions.
Customer Operations Oversight: Lead the Customer Service team with a focus on efficiency, service quality, and data transparency.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to evaluate impact and guide leadership decisions.
Leadership Contribution: Play an active role in shaping US strategy as part of the Management Team.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive wages commensurate with job skills, experience, education and geographic location. The starting salary for this role is around $100,000 plus a 15% bonus opportunity. Why Join Dunlop:
