WHAT YOU’LL DO?

You translate Crown's strategy into a French sales plan and deliver on your revenue targets.

You develop business across the Accor network in France, from central relationships down to individual hotels.

You map and prioritise hotel groups, management companies, owners and franchisees.

You spot new openings and refurbishments early and turn them into projects.

You build trust with key decision makers and negotiate deals all the way to closing, together with Inside Sales in Oldenzaal.

You keep your pipeline and CRM sharp and bring back the market and competitor insights that shape Crown's next move.

PROFILE?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

Strong knowledge of French hospitality; experience with hotel projects and OS&E is a real plus.

A network among hotel groups and management companies, ideally including relationships within Accor.

Native or fluent French (c'est votre langue) and professional English.

Entrepreneurial, persistent and autonomous: you build trust while staying commercially firm.

Crown International is a Dutch company dedicated to hotel operating supplies and equipment (OS&E). From welcome trays, bins and hairdryers to mirrors, ironing solutions and wardrobe accessories, Crown designs the details guests use every day.

Products are developed in close dialogue with interior designers and hotels, can be fully customised and are made on Crown's own production lines.
