Interview Process

  • Coffee chat (30 min)

  • 1st Interview: Getting to know each other, Introducing Capgemini and the B&E team. Answering your questions

  • 2nd Interview: Transformation experience exchange with team lead

  • Final Interview with a VP and Invent NL County Head

  • After succesfully passing all phases, you will receive an offer from us
