AB Mauri, a global leader in yeast and bakery ingredient technology solutions, is in search of a dynamic IT Support Manager to support the BeNeFra region (Belgium, Netherlands, and France).

Located in Dordrecht, Netherlands, this role encompasses the entire BeNeFra business, providing a platform to spearhead Manufacturing, back-office, and user experience initiatives across multiple countries.

Key Activities

Providing customer-based support of desktop and laptop hardware, associated peripherals and personal communications devices.
Partnering with key business areas to align technology solutions and contribute to overall organizational success.
Enhancing user experience across the BeNeFra region, driving increased productivity and satisfaction.
Conducting 1:1 training and advice for our internal customers.
Participate within Central IT services (Globally), which may mean working within the UK and or facilitating UK IT personnel to perform tasks for GBI.
